Nicholas Stiler, a Commercial Real Estate Specialist licensed in Texas, has eight years of experience helping investors and landowners maximize their real estate potential. He offers a full-service approach, from identifying growth opportunities and site selection to horizontal development and vertical construction. As an elected member of multiple boards and councils in Hays and Caldwell counties, he has gained a deep understanding of the Texas Triangle’s most dynamic markets. Partnering with Jack, they bring their expertise together under Texas Land Solutions & Development to guide clients through development and investment opportunities. Dedicated to client success, they look forward to contributing to Texas’ continued growth.
Jack Petersen

Jack Petersen co-founded TLS Development, specializing in solutions for complex horizontal real estate projects within path-of-growth markets, prioritizing community impact and sustainability. His expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, including entitlements, negotiation, site selection, and investor relations, honed through experience in large-scale acquisitions and industrial projects. Beginning his career at the age 19 with his family's Southlake, TX, office gave way to a passion for real estate development. Jack's vision for TLS Development centers on bridging complex challenges with impactful, community-focused solutions. He believes thoughtful planning and sustainable practices are essential for creating lasting value.
